Points Earning
Q. How can I earn points?
A. You will earn 1 point for every MOP1 spent, 3x bonus points when you shop at Participating Retailers and extra points during the latest promotions when you spend with your BOC Sands Lifestyle Credit Card. Points will automatically be uploaded in the consecutive month based on the transaction posting date.
Q. Can I transfer my points to other cards to use?
A. Points earned on your card are only valid for your account and are not transferrable.
Your Point Balance & Account
Q. Do I have to register to become a Sands Lifestyle member?
A. Your membership is automatic upon successful application of the BOC Sands Lifestyle Credit Card, there is no need for registration.
Q. How can I check my point balance?
A. You can check your point balance on the BOC Macau App by entering the "Credit Card" icon on the Main page and selecting the "BOC Sands Lifestyle UnionPay Credit Card".
Q. How do I redeem my points?
A. Accumulated points will be converted into cash rebate and credited into your account. Every 200 points will be converted to MOP1 by the end of each quarter automatically. A remaining balance of less than 200 points will be carried forward to the next quarter.
